Entity Tag Values and Data Quality
Click the Display as Grid in the upper right-hand corner of the screen so that the application displays entity tag names and values on screen.

Poor and Invalid Data
To help with troubleshooting, data readings in the live views will show ??? to indicate an erroneous or unavailable data reading. This could be the result of any of the following.
Kepware data quality = bad
If the device is offline, all data points are subject to poor or missing data.
A tag with a formula field while the formula syntax is invalid.
A tag with a formula referencing invalid data.
Invalid i/o address at the tag level.
Gateway data quality = bad
If the device is offline, all data points will receive bad quality data.
Invalid data point due to incorrect syntax.
For an entity with multiple GIMS, if one goes offline, tags associated with that GIM will show bad quality just for the one device.

To retrieve the last known valid value the End User will need to perform trending.
